This hotel is situated in a prime location near the city square and the shopping street. It is also conveniently near to an MRT station. the room is well-appointed with a comfortable Heavenly bed and a double rain shower. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing top-notch customer service. Guests can enjoy a wide array of Chinese and western foods for breakfast.

The hotel could improve on its responsiveness to messages sent via business partner platforms.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city center, within walking distance of Liberation Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, everything was clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet.

The breakfast had a good selection of food and an excellent coffee machine. the hotel is located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat and sights to see. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The staff didn't seem very interested in helping guests and didn't have much information about the local area. the air conditioning in the room was very loud and made it hard to sleep.

This hotel provided us with an unforgettable and luxurious experience. From the modern and spacious room to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, made our stay even more enjoyable. the restaurant served delicious food with impeccable service, and the in-room breakfast was a real treat. the location offered excellent city views and was walkable to many popular destinations.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the elevators, which were often busy during peak hours. this did not significantly detract from our experience at this hotel.
